Miami Dade County Approvals
American Skylights’ AMERIFORCE 100 and Dade 60 units are approved by Miami Dade County.
Our AMERIFORCE 100 is the most versatile unit skylight on the market for wind-rated zone applications. With its design pressure of 100psf for both positive and negative, it is approved for placement in any otherwise appropriate location for a skylight.

Thermally Broken Aluminum Curb Mount Skylights and Standard Curb Mount, Non-impact Resistant, manufactured by American Skylights, are acceptable for use along the Texas Gulf Coast when installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s installation instructions and this product evaluation report.

American Skylights is proud to offer FM Approved skylights. Our skylights have been tested according to Approval Standard 4431 which includes performance requirements for fire, natural hazards, live loads and severe hail testing.
