Features: American Skylites manufactures Self Flashing skylights to meet the toughest standards in the nation, the South Florida Building Code (SFBC) of Miami-Dade County, Florida. Self Flashing skylights are available in both low or high profile curb heights to meet the requirements of any roof material, from asphalt composition to Spanish tile. These skylight also meet Texas Department of Insurance guidelines as wind and hail resistant roofing material. Manufactured with sealed double Lexan® polycarbonate domes, these skylights are available with the same extensive options as our standard line. These skylights are perfect for residential or commercial applications.
Frame: .080” T6063 extruded aluminum frame. All units have .060” retaining angle, 3” mounting flange, integral condensation gutter, and weep holes to direct moisture to the exterior. Unit mounts directly to roof deck for easy installation.
Glazing: Sealed double Lexan® polycarbonate domes for impact resistance. Standard colors are clear, white and bronze. Unlimited dome color options available upon request.
Finish: Mill, Bronze Anodized, Clear Anodized or White. Many anodized and custom finishes are available upon request.
